Miyazaki and I are taking Jovian images here in Okinawa. Seeing is fine. On July 17, we detected following 2 remnants;

-------Longi.------Lati.---------
A        186        -47
C        223        -47

They were dark in visible wavelength, and not so bright in 893nm. A was near the Jovian limb, so its position is not acurate. The latitude in my list is Joviano-graphic, not Jvianocentric.

On July 18, 2 remnants were seen as very dark spots;

-------Longi.------Lati.---------
G         24        -46.5
E(?)     154        -49.5

G was surrounded by a dark ring. Its radius is about 15 deg. in longitude, and 7 or 8 deg. in latitude.

I will report again within a few days.

                                                    Regards,
                                                    Tadashi Asada
